The current coronavirus situation is perhaps the greatest challenge we have faced in a generation. At iTe Products, the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers and suppliers is always our top priority.
Because of this, we’ve made changes to the way that we operate in order to minimise the risks to all concerned.
We are trading as usual, but we have put various precautionary measures in place, in line with the government’s advice. We are optimistic that by working together, we can meet and overcome this challenge.
We would respectfully ask that all our customers and suppliers cooperate with the steps we have taken. They will be in place for as long as necessary, and we’ll review them regularly as we receive updated health advice.
It’s clear that “social distancing” is the foundation for efforts to contain the coronavirus. Therefore, anyone seeking to enter our premises will have their temperature checked by thermal imaging and will be asked a series of questions about their possible exposure. In the event of either check giving cause for concern, we reserve the right to deny access to our business premises.
All our team members will be limiting their travel to essential journeys only, and onsite meetings will be by appointment only.
If you’re collecting orders, please be mindful of the health advice in place and act responsibly at all times. To help people keep their distance from each other, we’re limiting the number of people at our sales counter at any given time. This may involve longer waiting times – please be patient.
With these measures in place, we are confident that we can continue with business as usual.
